Reviews and Ratings
I had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The rooms exceeded my expectations, offering beautiful views of both the sunrise and sunset, and the close access to the beach area was a real treat. The rooms were tastefully decorated, well-kept, and had a lovely balcony with an ocean view. The service was top-notch, with helpful and friendly staff. The location was perfect, providing a quiet spot at the end of Duvall Street while still being within walking distance to attractions. The dining experience was delightful, especially enjoying a Miami Vice cocktail on the beach. The facilities were excellent, making my stay truly enjoyable.
The hotel is conveniently located at the end of Duval Street, providing easy access to various spots on the island. The rooms in the Tower Building are very clean and pretty, although slightly small. The service, especially from Angelique, the general manager, and Lee Davis, was awesome. The dining experience offered different Chef specials every morning and snacks in the afternoon. The facilities were top-notch, making it a suitable choice for travelers seeking a laid-back atmosphere near the action.
I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The location is perfect, not right in the busy tourist area but still close to everything. The rooms were wonderful despite some noise from the street and the loading dock with beeping trucks. The service was top-notch, with staff always being welcoming and friendly. The dining options were superb, especially the afternoon 'tea' ritual, and the facilities, including pools, beach, and pier, were fantastic. The only downsides were the noise from the street and loading dock and the view of the parking lot.
The hotel was not what I had expected. Rooms need a major overhaul to match the beachfront buildings but it was cheaper per night if booked directly. The service was very helpful and friendly with some disappointments. The location was nice with live music, especially close to attractions. Dining was fun with delicious food made by an exceptional chef. The hotel facilities were mixed but overall decent.
I was pleasantly surprised by the comfortable and clean rooms in the on-site Victorian inn. However, the humidity and non-operational A/C took away a bit from the experience. The staff went above and beyond to ensure a great vacation, especially while enjoying drinks and the sun at the resort. The location was perfect for me - not right in the middle of everything, so it was quiet, yet close enough to walk everywhere without needing my car. The dining options were unique and satisfying, with breakfast served until 11 am. The hotel facilities were well-maintained and offered various services like dry cleaning and tours/ticket assistance.
This hotel offers stunning views of both the sunrise and sunset along with close access to the beach area, ensuring a tranquil atmosphere for a restful night's sleep or a relaxing midday nap. The rooms are remarkable, though slightly worn, providing spacious accommodation.
The resort is ideally located with good dining options nearby and close to the nightlife. Rooms are spacious with a balcony offering a nice view of the ocean, but are just average. The pools are plentiful, but only one of them is heated.
My stay at the resort was a mix of highs and lows. The room offered the view I expected but was quite a hike from the lobby due to ongoing construction. The service from the staff was delightful, although there were some issues with pricing discrepancies. The location was excellent, close to key attractions but suffered from room assignment confusion. Dining experiences were satisfying, especially thanks to the talented chefs, but limited in options. Overall, a decent stay with room for improvement.
The hotel offers clean and decent-sized rooms, but some may find the direct view of the car park a downside. The service is friendly and attentive, although the towel service can be a bit over the top. The location is perfect, with everything conveniently in one spot. The dining experience is highlighted by exceptional service and daily chef's specials. The facilities are well-maintained and offer various drink and food options.
Storing our luggage first since the room wasn't ready, we found the rooms to be wonderful and a decent size. Clean with no issues. The service was top-notch, extremely helpful with excursions and reservations. Location-wise, it's much quieter at the end of Duval street, offering access to great restaurants and shops. Dining was enjoyable in the beachside cafe with a great atmosphere. Fantastic facilities throughout the hotel.
I had a pleasant stay at the hotel, enjoying the clean rooms and friendly service. However, the occasional musty smell in the room and lack of ocean view were slight downsides. The location near Duvall Street was convenient for exploring, but the seaweed smell was a disappointment.
I booked the ocean front king suite at this hotel for our October honeymoon and it truly impressed us. The rooms are beautifully decorated with the thickest and most absorbent bath towels I've seen in a hotel, though they are a bit expensive. The service was wonderful, with the staff being so sweet and friendly throughout our stay. The location is perfect at the end of Duvall Street, offering easy access to all the attractions while still providing a quiet retreat for sunsets by the pools and beach. The dining experience was very nice, especially the service from Carleene and Chefs Ivan and Omar. Overall, a great spot for a vacation.
The resort is situated in a convenient location near the beach and close to dining options. The rooms, although lacking natural light, are average. The pools were cold, with only one being heated, and the absence of a jacuzzi was a downside.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The room we eventually got was close to the beach, but it was smaller than expected. The service was friendly, but there were some issues blaming the cleaning staff. The location was great, away from the noisy areas, but there were some concerns about room allocation. The dining experience was good, especially the afternoon tea. The facilities were decent overall.
I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The rooms were spacious and clean, and the private garden right off the beach was a dream come true. The exclusive Breakfast and Lunch dining served on a veranda overlooking the ocean was a luxurious touch. However, some service aspects were lacking in attention to detail and seemed focused on profit rather than guest satisfaction.
